[ANN] James v2.2.0a3 Test Build

James v2.2.0a3 is available for testing.  This release includes lots of
improvements over the current stable release, James v2.1.3:

New Matchers: RecipientIsOverFixedQuota,
              RecipientIsRegex,
              SenderHostIs,
              AttachmentFileNameIs

New Mailets: Significantly enhanced Redirect mailet
             Many mailets rewritten to subclass Redirect

Functional Enhancements:
   Allows partial sends to remote servers
   Supports for <authorizedAddresses> when using SMTP AUTH
   Supports fast fail based upon IP address
   Supports multiple gateway servers.
   Will attempt to autodetect DNS servers
   Improved classloading for custom matchers and mailets

Performance Improvements
   Improved performance storing local messages
   Improved POP3 performance
   Improved performance with large recipient lists
   Improved performance with large numbers of local users and MySQL.
   Reduced memory consumption using JDBC repositories.

Bug fixes
   Fixed buffering and logging in RemoteManager
   Improved support for character encoded subjects in mailing lists
   Fixed Bug 18028 - Exception embedding Multi-Part MIME messages using
Redirect

Other improvements
   RemoteDelivery increments the delivery error count per pass, not per
server.
   It is now possible to limit size of JDBC ResultSets
   A new ThreadPool enforces the thread limit

James v2.2.0a3 is a test build.  Those who are able to test it, especially
those whose reported issues are addressed in this test build, should please
do so and report any problems.
