The master should warn if a tablet assignment is not picked up by the tablet server in a reasonable timeframe.  The monitor does display offline tablets as a "red" condition, but if an assignment isn't processed in a reasonable time frame, a bigger warning, and identification of the tablet and server would be helpful.
