This contains two sets of release artifacts, corresponding to the full release and the api-only release. These artifacts will be publicly available on the JDO downloads page once the release is approved. Currently we have

We will need to update the downloads page to refer to the new release and add a new page for 3.2

Also, we cannot use .md5 and .sha1 any more. We must use .sha512.
AI Tilmann create the RC2 with updated apache parent pom and sha512.
AI Tilmann upload the public key used for signing to the KEYS file.
