[I] Non-actionable error about NOTICE file (tooling-trusted-release)
potiuk opened a new issue, #172:
URL: https://github.com/apache/tooling-trusted-release/issues/172
The error information is not really actionable:
The message "LICENSE file present but NOTICE file is not valid" is not too actionable. We do not know what the problem is with the NOTICE file.

Resolved by 311a95b9575f277d42dd87aeaaff36964956f494. `LICENSE` and `NOTICE` file checks are now more informative. Specifically, `LICENSE` file checks will report a diff to the expected format, and `NOTICE` file checks will provide detailed information about which sections differ, along with the first few lines of the file being checked. This information is available by opening the `<details>` element associated with the relevant result in the check results list. Thanks for the report.

@sbp please provide more detail in this case. Perhaps that should include a display of the first few lines of the NOTICE if it's like that copyright date issue we saw, if the file cannot be found, or if the file is misplaced.
