[ONLY for HAWQ committers] subscribe HAWQ private mailing list

Hi HAWQ committers,

Please make sure that you have subscribed private@hawq.incubator.apache.org by
sending email to private-subscribe@hawq.incubator.apache.org

It is better to send the email by using your apache email since it will
save efforts to check your identities.

Only PMC members (or in the incubator’s case PPMC members) should be subscribed to the private list. See
http://apache.org/dev/pmc.html#who-can-be-on-private
