This has been fixed, but we still need a test to verify it.

> Currently Phoenix only issues row deletes and column deletes, but never point deletes. With Tephra, once row deletes are handled, we're going to have to handle point deletes correctly. These will occur when a transaction needs to be aborted after a conflict is detected.
