Top level trunk build now available

i've now completed most of the basic top level build work. apologies
for the delay.

developers should switch to checking out and using
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/james/server/trunk/. the code is still
in phoenix-deployment but this can be moved out gradually into other
modules.

Oops ... somehow we lost the bin/ and src/ subdirectories. But we're close.
If no one gets to it first, I'll see about fixing it later tonight.

I never switched, but I have cleaned up my trunk to remove artifacts that
were left over, and have done a clean dist build.  Worked fine.  Currently
running the nightly script.
