Sun DBTG Tinderbox test reporting

Until now we have sent a mail report if there are errors in the derbyall
run of the tinderbox tests.

I have now also added a mail report if the *build* for the tinderbox
tests fail.
The subject of these mails will be something like:
 "Build Report - tinderbox_${ID} ${REVISION} build failed - Sun DBTG
[Auto-generated mail]".
