Issue while accessing Proxy Portlet

Hi All

I am trying to configure proxy portlet as mentioned on WebSite and trying 
to run it. But everytime I restart Tomcat and try to view page I get Error 
"
Error occurred in portlet!






Also in log file we get Error as Not able to find Producer Id. Please 
advise if we have to make some more changes apart from whatever has been 
mentioned in WebSite to make this portlet execute properly.
