SVK article on perl.com

For those who've not already seen it there's a nice little article on 
SVK at:

For debian you install libsvn-core-perl, and then use CPAN to install svk
(perl -MCPAN -e'install SVK').

That looks pretty neat.  Is it FreeBSD only?  The installation 
instruction page (http://svk.elixus.org/index.cgi?InstallingSVK) 
mentions Debian but the only instructions are for FreeBSD.  I guess I'll 
just wait for it to get packaged up.
