Does WSDL2Java support soap:header?

I've got Axis 1.1.  I've looked through all the source code for sample 
WSDLs.  What I'm looking for is a working example using soap:header that 
I can base my WSDL off of.  My starting point can be found at:

http://www.intertwingly.net/stories/2003/08/19/AtomAPI.wsdl

Any advice would be appreciated.
