Processing of issues and pull requests

Dear Apache ECharts maintainers,

I was wondering if there is a target response time to issues. My issue (#18583<https://github.com/apache/echarts/issues/18583>) has been pending for more than a month now and I don't know if you just didn't get around to it or if it was actively ignored.
Maybe you could also add a section about this in the CONTRIBUTING.md<https://github.com/apache/echarts/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#issues>, or next to the pinned issue (#11135) if there is some special reason at the moment.

thank you for your response. I would like to note that I had already attached a pull request (ecomfe/zrender#1006 - https://github.com/ecomfe/zrender/pull/1006) to the issue.

It is simply awaiting a review.

Hi Cedric,

Sorry that your PR has been replied for some time. Apache ECharts mainly rely on
the community to respond and fix issues so sometimes we cannot support all
developers. If this happens again, please feel free to remind us in the mailing list.
I've confirmed that this is a bug. I would recommend making a pull request to fix
it by yourself. That would make it fixed sooner than waiting for someone in the
community to fix.
The related logic is at https://github.com/ecomfe/zrender/blob/1e27245f74781ec9e9e6f17650b1caeaee15639e/src/graphic/helper/parseText.ts#L614
