   Improved: Remove defunct Taxware and deprecated ZIPsales™ tax integrations (OFBIZ-7936)
   
   OFBiz currently ships with two third-party tax integrations — Taxware and ZIPsales™ — both of which are no longer functional due to the discontinuation of their underlying data providers. This PR removes all related artifacts including Java source files, MiniLang descriptors, service definitions, entity definitions, configuration files, and UI labels.
