Log:
o allow the ability to set the location of the local repository. a result of discoverying it0077 was
  not working correctly and everything was just going to default local repository and not to the
  one specified in the settings.xml used for the test. the verifier is not capable of parsing
  lines like:

  <settings>
    <localRepository>file:../target/local-repo</localRepository>
  </settings>

  so i need to tell it explicity where to look to verify the results.
