Starting contribution, choosing problem

Hello everyone! I would like to start contributing, but I have some
problems with it. There are small number of tasks with label
"newbie/starter" and so on. The most of tasks are just proposals, not a
task in general sense. Can anyone help with finding some bugs/improvements
with start level in flink? It's so hard to start do something. Thanks in
advance for your help.
