trunk building problem

Hi all,
I get a clone from the [1] and try to build it and got the following error.
What can be the reason for this?

BUILD FAILED
/home/ganath/Desktop/ofbiz/second/ofbiz/build.xml:207: The following error
occurred while executing this line:
/home/ganath/Desktop/ofbiz/second/ofbiz/applications/build.xml:67: The
following error occurred while executing this line:

/home/ganath/Desktop/ofbiz/second/ofbiz/common.xml:91: srcdir

not exist!

git doesn't create empty folders, either manually create the folder or remove the reference to it.
