Where to invoke the Store.clear() method

Hi,
according to the problems with the JispFilesystemStore, I'm searching 
for a possibility to invoke the clear() method of the Store impl. .

Maybe from the sample site(s)? Other ideas?

BTW: I'm adding a impl. of the clear() method in the moment.
