moving from tomcat 4.1.24 to tomcat 5

Hi All,
I am glad to be back on the tomcat users list. I have an application running on tomcat 4.1.24 and I want to migrate to tomcat 5. It would be grateful if you could tell me the necessary steps or where I could thenecessary documentation .
