New sentry release branch-2.2

Hello all,

It's been a while we have made a release in spite of a ton of improvements
and bug fixes.

I've just created new release branch for upcoming branch-2.2 release.
Please continue committing to master branch as usual.
I'll cherry-pick commits to branch-X.Y on per needed basis.
