[ANN] James 2.2.0 RC2 Posted

James 2.2.0 RC2 is a Release Candidate for James version 2.2.0.  If there
are no blocking defects, this is what will be called James 2.2.0.

Please join us in testing this version.  If there are no blocking defects,
