Jetspeed2 Language french ?

Can you tell me if jetspeed2 works in french language?

Dojo and YUI are not necessary to run Jetspeed. You can build the
legacy "portal" mode with 2.2.1 and you get no YUI. Dojo is only used
in a few admin portlets in 2.2.1. The portal above is running version
2.1.3 in portal mode with no special effort to remove scripts

I see the http://www.napaexcellence.ca home page source file, i can't find YUI & dojo javascript file, can we remove it in custome j2 project?

If you want to see 2 examples of Jetspeed being used to create portals
in French
Bilingual - http://www.napaexcellence.ca
French only - http://academie.unipneu.com
Works well.
The user can switch language in the bilingual portal.
