version 2.0.2 refactored samples won't work.

Hello,

I've installed the version 2.0.2 from xml.apache.org/cocoon/dist I DLed this
morning, but I can't get the "refactored samples" to work.

Something strange is that the refactored sample page shows "version
2.0.2-dev" instead of "version 2.0.2"

I tryed to build clean, erase work dir, the result is always the same :

	Apache Tomcat/4.0.1 - HTTP Status 404 - Not Found
