Hi,

This may sound like a stupid question but since I have to adjust the clean goal in every (sub)project here it goes.

Is there a reason for not cleaning the build dir in the maven clean goal?

When changing the resoure f.i. the old resources are still in the build dir and also in the jar. It's probably the same when refactoring classnames.

Can you please make it default that the build is cleaned and add some property if it doesn't need cleaning in that project.
