Error when generating a site

I get the following error when I say "mvn site"

ERROR] BUILD ERROR
[INFO] -----------------------------------------
[INFO] Failed to resolve artifact.

GroupId: org.codehaus.mojo
ArtifactId: findbugs-maven-plugin
Version: 0.9

Reason: Unable to download the artifact from any
repository

  org.codehaus.mojo:findbugs-maven-plugin:pom:0.9

I am not referring to findbugs plugin in any of my
pom's.
