Updated WC-NG burndown

Yesterday Greg and Hyrum committed a new script to count the work
needed in WC-NG. Basically, it is now looking at more things that
have to be done than before. So the numbers are now different. I
went back to July and re-ran the new script on a weekly basis to get a
new trend. I also re-did the chart to be more like a real burn-down.
It shows are actual work and a trend line based on the average. The
trend line tells us when we would reach "zero" at the current rate.
Of course, as has been said before, we know that the goal is some
number higher than zero. So maybe someday we'll have a better idea
what that number is and can adjust the chart.

Based on all these new things the script is tracking, it has us
reaching zero on Feb-10. On IRC mentioned that a lot of these new
items will be go away a lot easier and faster than the previous items
we were tracking. So maybe the rate will spike up dramatically after
SubConf and we will see that date come closer.

These numbers are as of Monday 10/19.
