I wonder whether a svn move to
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/creadur/rat would make this clearer.

{latestBuild}-SNAPSHOT is used to

The RAT site config for the CMS will also need updating,

I've done DOAP.(projects.a.o) and Gump
Not yet sure if there are any other builds; we'll no doubt see the
