This task will be used to track path based read access for Ozone Snapshots. Specifically
 * All snapshots for a given bucket can be listed by doing an ls in . snapshot directory under the bucket
 * Any read from /vol/bukcet/.snapshot/{*}_snapshot-name_{*}/keypath will read the key /vol/bukcet/keypath from the snapshot "{*}_snapshot-name_{*}".
