Need help to create C++ WS in VC++ IDE using Axis2CPP

Hi,

I am a newbie to AxisC++
I have generated the skeleton files using the wsdl2ws tool

I am trying to generate the server dll, getting linker error 

" Calculator error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol "public: static void
__cdecl axiscpp::Axis::AxisDelete(void *,enum axiscpp::XSDTYPETag)"
(?AxisDelete@Axis@axiscpp@@SAXPAXW4XSDTYPETag@2@@Z) referenced in function
"private: int __thiscall CalculatorWrapper::add(void *)"
(?add@CalculatorWrapper@@AAEHPAX@Z)"

Can any one help me how to use AxisC++ in VC++ IDE?
There is no sample for this.
Any one tell me the location for VC++ related document for Axis C++
