URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CARBONDATA-3539
Project: CarbonData
Issue Type: Sub-task

Support the unordered timeseries data for load and query.
timeseries will be implemented assuming the time data is always in increasing time order. So what if the data is not in increasing order, what if the data comes in overlapping ranges.
