[cli-users] mod_aspnet Response.WriteFile

when trying to use Response.WriteFile
i get an error page saying

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable 
to complete your request.
.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

but there is no info in the error.log

anybody have experienced the same thing
any way to get more debug info ?
