Bundle state

Hi,


I'm wondering why the bundle state is active even though the bundle
deployment is not successful.

In the karaf console osgi:list tells that bundle State=Active and
Blueprint=Created

On the other hand the Hawtio console says that the bundle State=Starting

This is confusing. Hopefully someone can helps us on this.

What we would like to achieve is an automated monitoring of OSGi bundles in
a CI environment.
