   * Fix multiple open and close ADC driver
   * Fix gnss open error by clock change
   * Update isop firmware
   * Support execution error by SCU sequencer
   * Remove unnecessary i2c settings
   * Update i2c register initialization
   * Add SCU register definitions
   * update loader and gnssfw version
   * Fix SPI setmode function
   * Fix RTC alarm cancellation process
   * Prohibit clock change during SPI transfer
   * Support for suppresion of clock change
   * Fix uart getting stuck during a clock change
   
   Impact
   Only cxd56xx chip.
   
   Testing
   All of spresense defconfigs.
