Validation error decoration of recurring components

Summary: Validation error decoration of recurring components
           Product: Tapestry
           Version: 3.0
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Framework
        AssignedTo: tapestry-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: hkrishnaswamy@comcast.net

I have modified the validation framework as mentioned in my mail
http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.jakarta.tapestry.devel/1649. This should
allow components in a loop to be decorated when in error. Current behavior of
the framework is left intact.
