React MIT license

Hey all,

Wanted to call out that it looks like React is going to switch over to the
MIT license:

I know that there have been discussions both within the Airflow community
and Apache at large about whether React was acceptable to use due to its
old license. It seems to me that any problems are likely to go away with
this change.

Just an FYI.
