[jira] [Updated] (MNG-6061) Alternative to XML for Maven
configuration

Keir updated MNG-6061:
----------------------
Description: XML is often seen by developers as being verbose and cumbersome, I was wondering if creating a new configuration interface to Maven, using something like [YAML|http://yaml.org/] or [TOML|https://github.com/toml-lang/toml] would be possible, or is Maven too tightly tied to XML for this to be feasible?
