[Commit] Fix to Alpha Premult problem

1) Reverted back to TYPE_INT_ARGB while this requires additional
   conversions it solves a problem the AA clip path revealed.
   I wish the JDK would get Alpha Premult right!

2) Commented out debugging println's from GaussianBlurRable
