Btw, maybe it'd be better to change build.bat to include webapp.libs by
default, so users could run simply:
C:\xml-cocoon2>build.bat webapp
and get a complete Web App?

More experienced people can use -Dinclude.webapp.libs=no option if there is
no need for libs.
