sitetree script (trunk)

Hi devs,

The sitetree script in Lenya trunk still uses a javascript library which
has a non-apache license.
I have posted a patch which replaces the tree library:

Could anyone please have a look at this?
I modified quite a lot of files, so the patch may soon be difficult to
apply, because the trunk changes quite quickly.
