[PR] fix(deps): bump golang.org/x/text to v0.39.0 (GO-2026-5970) [superset-kubernetes-operator]

## Summary
Bumps `golang.org/x/text` from `v0.38.0` to `v0.39.0` to fix [GO-2026-5970](https://pkg.go.dev/vuln/GO-2026-5970) — an infinite loop on invalid input in `golang.org/x/text/unicode/norm`. Also picks up compatible bumps to `golang.org/x/mod` (`v0.36.0` → `v0.37.0`) and `golang.org/x/tools` (`v0.45.0` → `v0.47.0`) as transitive upgrades from `go mod tidy`.
Renovate did not auto-create a PR for this because it is an indirect dependency not tracked on the Dependency Dashboard.
## Test plan
- [ ] `make govulncheck` exits 0 with no findings (was failing with GO-2026-5970 before this change)
- [ ] `go build ./...` clean
- [ ] Unit and integration tests pass
