disabling tomcat cache

Anyone knows how to desable tomcat cache .It' s a serious problem for file generated on-fly.
Tomcat does not see an automatically generated file in a normal webapps.
I means sometimes it appears ...sometimes not.
Has to exists something for avoid that!!!!
Or not?
Help I'm desperate?!!?
