Added a new attribute that allows the user to specify the visibleYearCount in BOTH chooseDate AND inputDate.

If this attribute is used, the value entered by the user will override the constant that was used to set the range of the selectable year from the dropdown.

As it is the case with both other patches provided earlier concerning the date picker, this patch doesn't include others attributes from the others patches, so pay attention when merging all the three together.
