   The nodejs default runtime is nodejs 6 today which reaches end of life in April. To change the default for node 10, we need to update some of the catalog actions (to bundle dependencies, see https://github.com/apache/incubator-openwhisk-catalog/issues/294) and may also need some changes to the API gateway actions.
