updated incubator website

I polished the default template to look not that default :))

We should discuss the future layout and handling of important, regular
updated websites.

My idea was to generate some docs directly from some Java Source Classes.

I would like to replace this Wiki-Website:
http://code.google.com/p/openmeetings/wiki/SoapMethods
With some auto-generated docs websites.

It should be possible to make some ANT task that generates that with
every build. That way we could have an up to date doc and also ship
the API documentation with every release.
