updated translation files

Hi all,

I just committed 12 new lines to the vcl.po.template and any vcl.po files that 
have been recently maintained.  I've bcc'd the people that last contributed 
changes to the files.  I'd greatly appreciate it if any of you could add 
translations for the 12 new lines.  That should get the files ready for the 
2.5 release.
