   I know what you mean. I have openwhisk installed on my private cloud.
   Sometimes, activations doesn't appear right away but they became consistent eventually.
   But this time, it's been almost a day and I still cannot  come up with any of the expected activations.
   
   I am totally new to kubenetes, so let me get back to you after some learning.
   I might take a day or so, so that I can debug and/or share the issue by the pods' logs.
