Could you list your 'images' and 'computers' tables?

Is the VM computer slot marked as type 'virtualmachine'?
What is the hostname of the VM computer slot entry in computers?
Is the VM computer slot hostname listed under the TECS-ESX-4600-2 in  
the "Virtual Hosts" area?
Do you have an image revision entry for your entry in the image table?
