Hi [~hkak03key],

Sorry for letting this issue go so long without a response!

The "Dag Runs" is already in the nav, just not at the top level. It is reachable via Browse -> Dag Runs, so I don't think it warrants it's own top-level menu entry.

Do you still think having Dag Runs at the top level is worth it?
