Build.xml

I'm trying to install Jakarta Slide.
I downloaded all the necessary files as descripted in jakarta slide- 
installation web page and in the unofficial Slide faq web page.
However, when I try to build Slide, doing:

cd $JAKARTA_HOME\Jakarta-Slide
and
..\jakarta-ant\bin\ant.bat,
it comes out..

Buildfile: build.xml does not exist!
Build failed

What can I do?
Can You Help me?
