Hi, thanks for wanting to help us out! :)

There isn't a 30_text_en.cf file that we can point you to.  The english
descriptions are the default, and so they are spread out with the rules in all
of the *.cf files.  The easiest way to get them all is something like:

grep ^describe *.cf
