Steps:

1. Configure Adv zone using XS 6.5 
2. Deployed VM . It failed to deploy due to insufficient resources. 
3. This generated an Alert for user VM deploy failure 

Observation :
[UI]Incorrect  name  ( ???label.user.vm???) with cloudstack dash board General Alerts
